Carina studied at Stellenbosch University where she obtained her BSc in Dietetics. She did her compulsory community service year in Paarl Provincial Hospital.
She has a big love for nutrition as well as breastfeeding. In her community service year she became a Certified Lactation Consultant through the University of Wits. She enjoys educating mommies and helping them with all things regarding breastfeeding.
